The Caribbean is famed for its rum, so it stands to reason that making a cocktail back home will get you back on island time. Jamaican Smile cocktail

Ingredients

35 ml coconut rum (or two shots)

30 ml of rum cream

30 ml of coconut cream

15 ml of grenadine

1 banana

Method

Add all the ingredients into a blender, along with ice

Blend until smooth

Pour the liquid into a tall glass, garnish with a cherry … and smile!

There, guests can sup cocktails while lounged on a hammock and indulge in the unlimited Robert Mondavi Twin Oaks wines, which are always available on tap.

For those looking to combine their celebration with a memorable moment, an Over-the-Water Serenity Wedding Chapel has also been created. Its signature glass floor aisle and a chapel able to accommodate 40 guests.
